Singer job in Israel: sing live with Onelli

This singer job in Israel is for a female vocalist who sounds as good live as on a recording. Onelli’s trio of female singers performs at weddings, bar mitzvahs, company parties and holiday events across the country. We’re looking for singers to join our live shows.

What does the singer job involve?

You sing live as one of three voices, at events in the evenings and on weekends. That means lead lines in some songs and harmonies in others. A DJ plays between the live blocks, and 2 to 6 dancers share the songs with you. The program mixes covers with our own songs and moves between Hebrew, Russian and English.

You’ll know the program before each event: the songs, the language blocks and the moments when the effects go off. You’ll also sing at the moments families care about most, like a bride’s entrance or a candle lighting. For the hosts, those few minutes often matter more than the rest of the night. Who are we looking for?

• strong live vocals that hold up without studio help
• stage experience at events, with bands, in clubs, in theater or on any real stage
• an ear for harmonies and the discipline to hold your part next to two other voices
• a repertoire in Hebrew, Russian or English (a plus, and more than one language is even better)
• free evenings and weekends, and readiness to travel to events across Israel
• age 18 or older

What do we offer?

A real stage with a full production around you, at events where the audience came to celebrate. Sound, lighting, effects and dancers are all part of it. The show is rehearsed, so you know the program before you walk on. Nobody has to improvise the big moments.
