Event photography and video are part of the Onelli event show package. The crew works from the same plan as the singers, the dancers and the effects. They know when the entrance happens and when the sparks go up, and they’re in position before each moment starts.

Why should the show team handle event photography and video?

The best shots at an event come from planning. An outside photographer finds out about the confetti when it’s already in the air.

Our crew has the running order. They’re ready for the entrance through soap bubbles, the first dance on low fog, the dance show and the finale with cold sparks. They choose their angles before each moment, and we set the lighting with the cameras in mind.

It also means one less supplier to find and brief. Nobody has to coordinate a photographer with a band they’ve never met.

What do our music videos have to do with your event?

More than you might expect. Onelli writes its own songs and films its own clips, including the official “Alila” and “Kablan Nadlan” videos. Making a music video means thinking about light, angles and the timing of every shot. We bring the same habits to your evening, like checking where the haze will catch the light and which angle shows the first dance best.

Which moments look best on camera?

The ones with movement and light. Low fog under the first dance and cold sparks at the finale look great in photos. Haze is the surprise: in the room it’s barely visible, but on video it turns the light beams into solid shapes. The dance show works well on video too, because the singers and dancers move in the same frame.

How can you prepare for the photos and video?

A few small decisions before the event shape what you get back:

• Make a short list of people who must be in the photos, and ask a friend or relative to point them out during the evening.
• Share the venue’s timetable with us, so the crew knows when dinner and the speeches happen.
• Tell us which moments matter most, such as a family dance, a speech or a surprise.
• Plan group photos early in the evening, while everyone still looks fresh.
• If some guests would rather stay out of the photos, let us know in advance.

Do we still need a separate photographer?

For the evening itself, no: the full show already includes photo and video. Some couples also want photos from earlier in the day, such as getting ready or a couple shoot before the wedding. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll tell you what our coverage includes.

The evening as a whole, with extra attention on the moments we planned together. That includes the guests at the reception, the entrance, the speeches, the dance floor, the show numbers and the finale.
