The Onelli Alila video is the official clip for “Alila” (עלילה), one of our two original songs. The song is in Hebrew, we wrote it ourselves, and our own team shot the video. Press play above to watch it. If it’s a song you want at your event, we’ll sing it live.

What does Alila mean?

Alila is the Hebrew word for a plot, the storyline of a book, a film or a play. You say it ah-lee-LAH, with the stress on the last syllable. That’s handy to know if you want to ask for it by name at your wedding. In a Hebrew search, type עלילה together with Onelli to find the song.

Who made the Onelli Alila video?

Our own team. We write our music and film our clips ourselves, which event bands don’t usually do. It also means we know how a shoot works from the inside.

Can Onelli sing “Alila” live at your event?

Yes. “Alila” is part of our live program, and you decide where it goes. Most of your guests will hear it for the first time, so place it where people are listening rather than chatting. Right after the first dance works, and so does the start of the dance show.

Mention it when we plan the program, and we’ll find the right spot.

If many of your guests don’t speak Hebrew, it still works. They get the melody and three live voices, and the Hebrew speakers get the words. Because the song is ours, it’s also something they won’t hear from another event band. You can have it as part of the full show or in a custom package with the trio.
