Privacy policy

Updated:

This privacy policy explains how Onelli (“we,” “us”) collects and uses personal information. It covers visits to onelli.music, booking requests, job applications and messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email. We handle personal information in accordance with Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, its amendments and the regulations made under it.

Who we are

Onelli is a live event show in Israel, and we are responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp at 052-500-5040, or through the form on our contact page.

What information do we collect?

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the limited technical data needed to run the site.

  • Booking requests: your name, phone number, the type of event, the date, the city or venue, the approximate number of guests, the package or options you picked in the show builder, and any message you add.
  • Job applications: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the city you live in, the position you are applying for, a description of your stage experience, links to your videos or Instagram, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
  • WhatsApp, phone and email: your phone number or email address, your WhatsApp profile name and whatever you send us. A message started from a WhatsApp button on the site includes a pre-filled text that mentions our website. If you start it from the booking form or the show builder, the text also includes the details or options you entered there.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider keeps server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. To block spam, the forms also store a scrambled (hashed) version of the sender’s IP address for a few minutes.

Why do we use it?

  • answering your request, checking the date and sending you a price
  • planning and running your event with you, if you book
  • reviewing job applications and contacting the applicants who fit
  • keeping the site working and secure, and stopping spam
  • understanding how the site is used, if analytics are switched on
  • meeting our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records for the events we perform at

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, or use it for any other purpose.

Do you have to give us your details?

No. You are under no legal obligation to provide personal information, and sending it is your choice. Without a name and a phone number, however, we cannot reply to a booking request or consider a job application.

Who can see your information?

Only the people who need it: members of the Onelli team who handle bookings, plan events or review applications. We also rely on service providers that process data on our behalf, mainly our hosting company and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their services to us.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages pass through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta, and WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, for example under a court order.

How do we store and protect it?

Form submissions are saved in the website’s administration area, which only authorized team members can access, and a copy is sent to our booking email address. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to the site.

How long do we keep it?

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Booking requests are kept while we plan and perform the event, and afterward for as long as our records and legal obligations require. Job applications are kept while we consider them and while the role is open. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Cookies, local storage and embedded videos

We do not use advertising cookies. Our hosting or security provider may set strictly necessary cookies that protect the site from abuse. The accessibility menu saves your choices, such as larger text or high contrast, in your browser’s local storage. That information stays on your device and is not sent to us, and our accessibility statement describes the menu.

During your visit, the site also keeps two technical flags in your browser’s session storage, so the opening animation and the font loading don’t repeat on every page. They contain no personal information and are deleted when you close the tab.

If we switch on an analytics service such as Google Analytics, it may set cookies and record how visitors use the site: the pages viewed, the device and browser type, and an approximate location based on the IP address. We look at that data only in aggregate, to see which pages are useful.

Some videos on the site play through YouTube. The YouTube player loads only when you press play, and from that point YouTube (Google) may set cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

What are your rights?

Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may ask to review the personal information we hold about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date, you may ask us to correct or delete it. You may also ask us to delete information we no longer need, or to stop contacting you.

To make a request, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 052-500-5040 or through the contact page. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time set by law.

Age requirement

Our forms are intended for adults aged 18 and over, and we accept job applications only from performers who are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy when we add features to the site or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If you have questions about this privacy policy, call or message us at 052-500-5040.
